Realvi / Read the complete demonstration
Every change.
Every decision.
A written companion to the interactive homepage scenario. Follow the full sequence without operating the animation or relying on visual state.
01 / The mission
A delivery is underway.
A vehicle is carrying supplies to a forward site. The route is open and both teams share the same plan.
Next in the interactive version: Start by changing the road conditions.
02 / Road closed
The plan meets reality.
A field report closes the bridge. The affected route turns red and the vehicle holds before entering it.
Next in the interactive version: Now take away the internet connection.
03 / Connection lost
The internet stops. Realvi doesn’t.
The external link disappears. Maps, routing, and command still run on the local server, connected to the vehicle over a local network.
Next in the interactive version: Find a way around using the local system.
04 / Route proposed
A new route. Your decision.
Realvi finds an alternative around the closure. The amber line is a suggestion. The vehicle waits for your approval.
Next in the interactive version: You’re in command. Authorize the new route.
05 / Movement resumes
The mission moves again.
Your approval reaches the vehicle over the local network. It follows the new route while the internet remains disconnected.
Next in the interactive version: Watch the vehicle reach its destination.
06 / Mission complete
Delivered. And accounted for.
The supplies arrived while the internet was down. With the connection restored, the closure, your approval, and the delivery are now in the shared record.
Next in the interactive version: One disruption resolved. One mission completed.
Two connections. Different consequences.
The external internet link connects the local environment to wider systems. Its loss is separate from a field device losing its local connection to the edge. In the illustrated architecture, a local network supports local command exchange while the external link is unavailable.
A device disconnected from the local network cannot receive a new approval. The interactive controls let a visitor explore this condition: the vehicle holds, and reconnecting is a distinct action. The source graph and state machine explain this behaviour.
