Realvi / Edge logistics technology

Intelligence at
the edge.

Realvi is building logistics software for operations where connectivity, access, and information can change without warning. Field reporting, route intelligence, and human-led command share a local operating environment.

01 / Architecture

CURRENT STAGE / MVP

Local by design.

A local edge server brings maps, routing, threat processing, and command together. Field devices connect over the local network. External internet connectivity supports exchange with the wider environment, while the local system preserves an operating picture.

An internet outage and a phone losing its connection to the edge are different conditions. A disconnected device retains saved context and queues reports; it cannot receive new command updates until it reconnects. Last-known information needs a visible age.

02 / One connected workflow

Field. Movement. Command.

01

Field reporting

Capture the conditions that change a mission.

Mobile reports connect observations, location, status, and route progress. Saved maps, routes, and briefs remain available on a disconnected phone. Reports queue locally until a connection returns.

02

Route intelligence

Understand what changed. Review what comes next.

Bring route conditions, threat and no-go inputs, affected corridors, and source freshness into one review. An operator can consider whether to hold, reroute, or continue with the evidence behind each decision visible.

03

Human-led command

Keep authority explicit.

Command reviews field and sensor context before authorizing an intervention. Decisions stay attributable, with their supporting evidence and history available for review. Intelligence supports the person responsible for the mission.

03 / Operational purpose

Built around
movement continuity.

Defense logistics, civil protection, and emergency response share a practical challenge: supplies and teams need to move while access conditions change. Realvi’s development connects field observations to routing and command review, giving operators the context to reconsider a plan.

Explainability is part of that workflow. A source can be stale, a report can be incomplete, and an external feed can disappear. The system’s direction is to expose those limits so an accountable person can judge the next step.

04 / Development direction

The next layer of resilience.

The release-ready roadmap includes blackout assurance, route continuity bundles, governed sensor adapters, local model adaptation, and limited human–UGV coordination in controlled environments. Predictive planning and multi-edge federation are later-stage work.

These are development priorities. The website scenario uses fictional terrain and distances to explain the workflow; it is not a live deployment or a performance benchmark.
